Triangle United began in 2005 as a merger between the Durham Chapel Hill Strikers and Chapel Hill United. The 2 clubs joined forces to become the largest youth soccer club in the Western Triangle area. From day one, the club was and is very community driven, sticking close to its core values and mission statement. Over the years, the club has expanded into Chatham, North Durham, and the Hillsborough/Efland areas.
